


I am in the Belizean jungle in Central America for the month of June cleansing my body with tropical fruits such as watermelon, mango, pineapple, banana and some other fruits that I didn’t even know existed, like mamey and sapodilla among others.
My first week here, I mainly rested, got to know my environment, and simply took it easy. It’s been wonderful! My first night, I slept 13 hours and I took two naps the following day. My body
obviously needed that rest.
I am also here to study under the care of Dr. Robert Sniadach about the philosophy, principles and practices of Natural Hygiene, the health system based on specific living practices, fruit cleansing being one of them.
My experience here inspired me to write about the benefits and importance of fruit in everyone’s diet. I invite you to read “Feeling Sluggish?
