My Super Tasty & Healthy Hot Chocolate


Yes, chocolate is healthy! I am not talking about the chocolate bars full of sugar and partially hydrogenated oils but about pure raw cacao full of minerals and antioxidants. This hot chocolate also contains healthy plant-based proteins, healthy fats, natural sweeteners and a great source of fiber. Plus: It doesn’t include mucus-forming dairy and energy-robbing refined sugar. Enjoy without guilt!


3 tablespoons of raw organic cacao powder
3 Medjool dates, pitted
2 tablespoons raw hemps seeds
1 tablespoon raw organic coconut oil
1 teaspoon raw agave nectar
8 oz boiling water

Let the boiling water cool a bit in order to keep intact the integrity of the nutrients. Then, in your high-speed blender (I love Vita-Mix), place all ingredients and blend until smooth.
